  • Can you provide me with the pricing for Daiso products?
    Daiso offers a wide range of products for our customers for mostly $2 (CAN). Pricing will vary according to the product so we suggest that you visit our store to get the appropriate prices.
  • What payment methods are available?
    We accept cash (CAN & US), debit card, Visa, MasterCard, Daiso Gift Card, and traveler's cheques (CAN & US).
  • Do you sell Daiso Gift Cards?
    Daiso Gift Cards can be purchased at our store in $20 and more.
  • How accessible is your store for persons with disabilities?
    At Daiso Richmond, we try to make our store welcoming for all of our customers. The Aberdeen Mall has handicapped parking spaces, elevator, wheelchair accessible washrooms, and an elevator inside our store.
  • How can I find out whether the product I want is available at your store?
    Please feel free to ask any one of our staffs for assistance in finding the product you are looking for. We carry over 50,000 varieties of products with more than 800 new arrivals every month. In order for us to correctly identity the product for you, we request that you provide us with the barcode of the product first.
  • The product I wanted was "out of stock" last time I visited your store. When will it be back in stock?
    Products listed as out of stock may be either "temporarily" or "permanently (discontinued)" out of stock. Please feel free to ask the store supervisors or manager and they will provide you an approximate week of when the product will be expected to arrive at our store or not. Since all products are imported from Japan and depending on the season, custom issues and import duties that may delay shipping, we cannot provide you with an exact date of when the product will be available.
  • Where are your products made from?
    All Daiso products are imported from Japan and manufactured by countries from all over the world including Japan, China, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Middle East, Europe, Australia, USA, and more.
Large Quantity Orders
  • I want to order products from Daiso in large quantities. How do I get started?
    Large quantity orders can be placed with a minimum purchase order of $100 (CAN). Please visit our store for selection and for more details.
  • When can I expect to receive my products?
    We process large quantity order requests only after we receive your deposit payment and necessary information. After the order has been processed, it normally takes about 6-8 weeks for shipment to arrive from Japan to Richmond Daiso. Please note that depending on the season, custom issues and import duties, there may be a delay in receiving the shipment.
  • Do you do delivery or shipping?
    Unfortunately, we do not do delivery or shipping. You must come to our store to pick up the products or arrange a courier service for pick up.
